Hourly rate: £350 + VAT (currently 20%)

Charges
While property matters are often transactional, complexities may arise. We aim to be efficient while safeguarding your interests, especially against fraud or title issues.
We’ll discuss your needs upfront to provide a tailored quote for timeframes and costs.
Fixed estimates apply unless otherwise stated. VAT (currently 20%) is charged where specified.

Conveyancing (sale/purchase): £1,250 – £6,950 + VAT
Remortgage: £950 – £1,500 + VAT
Factors That May Increase the Quote
Leasehold purchases (e.g., lease rectification, assignment of existing lease)
Complex legal titles (e.g., restrictive covenant issues)
Breaches of planning/building regulation approvals

Additional Costs
Disbursements are third-party costs we pay on your behalf (e.g., Land Registry, Stamp Duty). You’ll be informed of these as soon as they are known.

Certificate of Compliance: £50 – £100 + VAT
Share certificate issue: £50 – £100 + VAT

Redeeming/porting mortgage: £125 + VAT
Outgoing bank transfer: £45 + VAT

Electronic ID verification: £30 + VAT
Acting for lender: £250 + VAT
